This book is divided into five sections: Foundation, Evaluation, Data, Conclusions, and Recommendations. It constructs an evaluation indicator system for assessing the science communication capabilities of county-level converged media centers. Through this framework, the book evaluates the current state of science communication in these centers, gradually delving deeper to explore the status and challenges of science communication within the environment of county-level media convergence. Starting from practical considerations, the book selects representative county-level converged media centers as research subjects. It systematically examines and analyzes their platform construction and science communication practices from a top-down perspective. This approach provides a comprehensive reflection of the current situation and existing issues regarding science communication in China’s county-level converged media centers. Additionally, the book proposes strategies and recommendations aimed at further enhancing the science communication capabilities of these centers.
