Abstract: The museum of scientific and technological personages is an important carrier for spreading the spirit of scientists in China，and Tu Youyou Old Ｒesidence Exhibition Hall is a scientific spirit education base recognized by the Chinese Association for Science and Technology and other ministries and commissions． The way Tu Youyou Old Ｒesidence Exhibition Hall spreads Tu Youyou’s scientist spirit includes telling the audience the connotation of Tu Youyou’s scientist spirit through thematic exhibitions，letting the audience experience Tu Youyou’s scientist spirit subjectively through experiential exhibitions，and enhancing the audience’s recognition of Tu Youyou’s scientist spirit by emphasizing Tu Youyou’s local identity． The museum of scientific and technological personages dissemination class scientist spirit must first in － depth understanding of the connotation of the scientist spirit and carefully select the content of the scientist spirit． In the dissemination method should focus on the use of exhibition“storytelling”，in the exhibition appropriate to increase the interactive experience links，and at the same time discover the local characteristics of science and technology characters to enhance the local public’s sense of recognition of the spirit of scientists．
